Sterling Snow is the SVP of Revenue, fancy title, of Divvy, a platform making it easier for companies to manage funds. Unlike many companies, Divvy focused on building a world class product first, instead of simply getting an MVP or prototype out first. This allowed them to garner the attention of mega brands like Stance, WordPress and Evernote, whom have since become customers. Snow joined Divvy in early 2018 to lead all aspects revenue. What is cool about this role is that Divvy sees revenue as four pillars: marketing, sales, customer success and customer support. Which if you think about it makes sense that all would work together. Think about how many companies you can tell do not communicate internally about what they are doing. Snow feels it is imperative to have each pillar communicating on a regular basis so they know what the heck is happening!

“The name of the game is to in a seemingly organic way tell people what we are doing.”
