As every year winds down, you start to see many look back at their last 365 days. How the good went good and how the bad went bad. It doesn’t matter what the good or bad was, though. Everyone has both, even if they would like to debate it.
Rather than waiting to reflect back once a year, I recommend to look back and analyze at a minimum every quarter of your calendar year. Constantly evaluating what is working and what is not and adjust accordingly.
On top of the ongoing reflecting, raising your hand as early and often as possible to increase your workload to find new ways and strategies to improve that precious thing we call life.
