One of the hardest challenges I continue to hear is how hard it is to start a routine. It does not matter what “it” is. Yet, we all have habits that we follow each and every day. Maybe it’s immediately making a cup of coffee, brushing your teeth, going for a job or journaling. The habit doesn’t matter. Recognizing it’s a habit does.

These habits did not become habits easily, they happened over time because you continued to do the act or “it”. And at some point it becomes a routine and the norm. I am not a fan of new year resolutions or 30 day challenges, I think they are fads and this is why so many do not accomplish them. Stop focusing on something days away and instead start incorporating “it” into your daily routine. Start Today.
